This policy explains how Alessandro Romanelli, trading as Slice 'N Vibe ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you contact us or use this website. We are the data controller for the information you provide.
What we collect
When you submit our quote/enquiry form, or contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we collect: your name, phone number, email address or WhatsApp number, and the event details you give us (such as event type, date, guest numbers and area). The form also notes how you reached the site on that visit: the campaign link you clicked, the page that linked you here, or simply "direct", so we know which channels bring us enquiries. We do not ask for special-category data.
How and why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange your booking.
- To keep records of bookings and correspondence for our legitimate business and accounting needs.
Our lawful bases are your consent and/or our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, and the performance of a contract once you book. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with (processors)
- Web3Forms (operated by Web3Creative, a company registered in India) processes our website enquiry form and forwards your submission to our inbox. It runs on cloud infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare and Hetzner, which may process data in more than one region, so your form data may be transmitted to and stored on servers outside the UK. These transfers are made under Standard Contractual Clauses, as set out in Web3Forms' Data Processing Agreement. Web3Forms may retain form submissions for up to three years before deleting them.

- Umami, privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics. It measures aggregate usage (such as pages viewed, approximate region and device type) without cookies and without collecting information that identifies you personally.
- Our email provider, used to read and reply to your enquiry.
Cookies and local storage
We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and our analytics (Umami) is cookieless, so there's no cookie-consent banner, because none is required. Your browser's storage holds only three yes/no flags, none of which identifies you: that you've seen our pop-up, that you've already sent us an enquiry (so the pop-up doesn't return), and, for the current tab only, that you've moved between pages, which lets us skip a page-load animation. The first two stay until you or your browser clear them; the third lasts only for the current tab. None of them is sent to us or to anyone else, and you can clear them in your browser at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and, where you book, for as long as required for the booking and our legal/accounting obligations (typically up to 6 years for financial records). We delete or anonymise data we no longer need.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email us at info@sliceandvibe.co.uk.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we handle your data, please contact us first at info@sliceandvibe.co.uk. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and investigate it. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
